To check the denial reasons if the claims are outstanding. 5. To follow- up on no response claims. 6. To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear. 7. To check the insurance information incase of self-pay patients. 8. To get clarification on insurance coverage in cases, where information provided by the hospital or Doctor’s office is insufficient. 9.To get information for which claims are pended by the insurance company. 10. Develop and maintain information about insurance denial strategies for training purposes.11. Follow up with various verifications and collections.12. Should understand the client requirements and specifications of the project and work accordingly.13. Should meet the productivity targets within the stipulated time.14. Ensure that the deliverables to the clients adhere to the quality standards.  Behavioral Skills:• Very Good communication skills. • Should be able to handle independently. Other Requisites: • SHOULD BE WILLING TO JOIN US IMMEDIATELY • This job would involve total night shifts.
