Job Description
? Strategies are implemented to ensure growth in the business as per overall group plans.
? Identify opportunities for new products
? Establish new markets for existing and new products
? Ensure achievement of targets set out in the annual sales plan.
? Ensure sales and expenses kept within budgets
? Profitability on the sales to be monitored
? Ensure that trade discounts and credit period are allowed within approved limited.
? Ensure that trade out standings are collected within the specified time frame.
? Send comprehensive reports on calls made and results obtained.
? Monitor and report on market activity
? Monitor and report on competitor activity and new products
? To develop and constantly update a database on competitors and products.
? Regular contact maintained with customers.
? Ensure customers are satisfied with level of service and products supplied.
? To develop and constantly update a database of existing and potential customers.
? Assist in locating customers to conduct trials.
? Product support to the technical personnel for conducting demonstration and trials.
? Assist in organizing seminars for promotion of our products
