Job Description
-Provide training at all levels, starting from Basic to specialized products.
-Design training courses and programs.
-Update Process Manual & Attending calibrations.
-Conduct need based onsite training for clients.
-Undertake regular analysis of areas of improvement for NDC staff.
-Carry out routine checks to assess the knowledge of staff.
-Provide feedback about the strength and weaknesses of each employee and suggest remedial measures.
-Rolling out of Monthly Knowledge Checks.
-Conduct training programs on basic for all new employees and also conduct need based suitable training for other employees.
-Conduct quarterly evaluation for training NDC staff.
-Ensure that proper training material is given to all trainees.
-Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
-Creating learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment.
-Keep abreast of all new developments and products
-Attend relevant training programs.
-Conceive and implement new/ innovative ideas for training that contributes to further success of training efforts.
