•To participate and undertake in the processing, updating and maintenance of Ship Security Plan for Maersk Tankers, Maersk Line and Maersk Supply fleet including third party ships whenever applicable, in cooperation with the respective business units of these fleets and existing MGFS HSSE team.
•To participate and undertake in the processing, updating and maintenance of Oil Spill Contingency Plans for Maersk Tankers, Maersk Line and Maersk Supply fleets including third party ships whenever applicable, in cooperation with the respective business units of these fleets and existing MGFS HSSE team.
•To contribute to the continued development of Environmental and Ship Security Plans in collaboration with HSSE team.
•To handle the management of vessel Safety data, statistics and reporting, including Safety material management for the same fleets.
•To administer the vessels’ Certificate of Financial Responsibility (COFR) with U.S. Coast Guard, California and Alaska.
•To administer the ISSC, SMC & CDI Audit for the relevant vessels.
•To partake in ensuring that vessels are compliant with relevant legal requirements.
• To handle all MGFS HSSE tasks for a given time and other ad hoc tasks and perform the tasks in accordance with the Maersk-Filipinas Inc. Employment contract; Code of Conduct ; A.P.Moller-Maersk Group core values; and in harmony with specific performance goals defined by your manager.
Areas of Responsibility •Administer the Security function of Maersk Tankers in close coordination with other security administrator.
•Process Ship Security Plans which includes preparation, submission for approval, transmission of unapproved SSP to vessel and updating or maintenance. , including SSP Reviews management for vessels under Maersk Tankers.
•Processing of Continuous Synopsis Record(CSR) for vessels under Maersk Tankers.
•Responsible in the updating and maintenance of the files, records, monitoring sheets relevant to the area of responsibilities.
•Update the SOPs pertaining to the task and create SOP when applicable.
•Submit monthly KPI report to the manager.
•Handle other task and new outsourced tasks as appropriate.
•Train incoming personnel related to the task.
•Handle all Environmental processes.
•Handle all Safety processes
•Handle SAC process
•Manage COFR administration
•The job is comprised of various complex functions i.e. Safety, Security, Environment , SAC and related matters and COFR administration.
•Upon commencement of the employment, the employee will handle one or two function.
•The employee is expected to a)learn the job; b)do the job and c)develop the job for each function within a certain agreed period.
•The functions are envisioned to be rotated every after six (6) months. Once it is satisfactorily assessed that all team members are delivering results within their respective functions, the employee will embark a new function.
•Report directly to the team manager.
