Dear candidate This mail is regarding a job opening with a Real Estate company ACRO Corporations as a G.M Projects (Real Estate). If you are willing forward your updated resume to grab this opportunity. NOTE: This job is for Gurgaon location for candidates having Real Estate experience preferably in residential projects. Qualifications required: should be a B.Tech (CIVIL) or M.Tech(Civil) and should have strong command in English language both verbal and written. JOB description: Project Planning & Management:
Overall project management of construction projects including planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution of projects. Periodic reviewing & monitoring the progress of the project with the stakeholders and end user clients for ensuring completion of project within the scheduled time and cost parameters. Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-runs, Quality Compliance & Manpower planning on project sites. Anchoring on-site project activities & overseeing the performance of sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with quality assurance plans.
Project Estimation/ Feasibility Analysis:
Appraising project feasibility after preparing technical specifications & scope and deliverables, estimates, targeted billing schedules / layout–control drawings and systems of Common house gullies drainage lines, waste water lines, road sewer lines etc.. Preparing estimates of cement concrete road by considering the various items of the utility services such as water mains, sewer lines, ducts, culverts etc. Computing BOQs, allocating resources, conducting audits for analysing variances in material costs etc. Preparing of fortnightly/ monthly Progress Reports with Cash Flow Statement and Cost Control Reports & checking contractors bills and related MIS for projects status.
Contract Administration:
Preparing technical & commercial offers/ proposals along with handling tender/ contract / billing related formalities & documentation such as Storm water drain, Development plan and respective wards etc. Also coordinating with various departments of Municipal Corporation and other government agencies. Vendor Development/ Project Procurement:
Identifying and developing cost effective vendors at international & domestic level for procurement of project tools based on purchase specifications of power plant equipments. Handling procurement activities like tendering & bid management, estimations, techno-commercial evaluations, contract negotiations etc. Co-ordinating with sub vendors, third party inspection agencies. Verifying contractors/sub-contractors bills and monitoring payment disbursals. Interacting with clients for assessing requirements and reporting project progress.
Manpower Management: Executing civil & architectural projects involving managing teams of architects, designers and engineers. Planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce. Guiding site staff members to address and resolve performance bottlenecks. Addressing training needs of site staff to enhance skills and productivity.
