Education : BE (Electronics / Electrical / IT) & MBA will be desirable Experience : 12 - 16 Yrs. JD. : Designation – Lead Consultant – Physical Security Practice (Non Defense Background) Role: - Project Director (PD) for a large Integrated Security System project. Desired Profile: Educational background : BE (Electronics / Electrical / IT) & MBA will be desirable Certification : CPP/ Professional certification in Security Industry Experience : Experience of 12-16 years in designing and integration of security technologies/ equipment and systems for large size projects Industry Type : Security / IT Base Location : Delhi & deployed on site with a team of subject matter experts Competencies : Project Management, senior management stakeholder management, technical expertise in physical security domain, good communication skills; understanding of IT network design, ability to handle large team of engineers (at least 15-25), vendor management, budgeting & financial management Job description: 1. To manage large & multimillion Dollar Integrated Security System project implementation for client in North India for a duration of two years operating from site location. 2. Lead a team of subject matter experts (SMEs) from technology, people & process background for successful implementation of the project in time bound manner ensuring quality and within approved budget. 3. Ensure RFP and detailed BoQ is prepared as per the requirement and prepare detailed designs of security solutions / system architecture for the recommended security controls. 4. Guide project managers in technical evaluation of security equipment proposal submitted by different vendors and in creating a comparative summary for vendor evaluation to assist the client in final selection. 5. Lead the project team in validating, reviewing and realigning vendor supplied design for security equipment. Conduct & approve the preliminary & critical design review for vendor solution. 6. Ensure datasheets & design drawing approval for security system (including surveillance, access control, perimeter intrusion detection, physical barriers, command & control centre, contraband equipment etc) 7. Provide approval for factory acceptance trials at vendor’s location/ on site. Ensure Proof of Concept (POC) is conducted to validate the technology requirement. 8. Ensure & supervising actual installation, implementation and integration of approved finalized design of security equipment. 9. Planning for system integration & testing for security command & control centre at the component, unit & system level. 10. Ensure material inspection and payment processing for the supplied items. 11. Project management to meet the time schedule committed to client. 12. Change order management for vendors and own SoW with client 13. Lead the project team in maintaining interface between vendor and client security team for designing, training manuals and modules. Oversee training for project equipment operations and handhold security team for smooth operations of fully live project. 14. Sound knowledge of security solutions available in market and to keep abreast of latest developments. 15. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly & quarterly review reports are submitted to the client for keep the track of activities. 16. Ensure successful competition of integrated security system project and manage all the stakeholders effectively
