For their ofice in Mumbai , the client has an opening for : Account Director Partnership Purpose of the Job: Management and delivery of strategic partner relationships for a global leader of hospitality and potentially other clients Reporting to General Manager / Country Manager India (or CSD HKG on client project) Key Deliverables • New partner development and delivery
• Partner campaigns and promotions Key Responsibilities • Liaise with and manage relationship with existing clients loyalty programs & partners
• Support (and take a lead) in the identification and development of new programme partners
• Source and manage promotional communication opportunities with partners, coordinating with both partner and
partners parties
• Manage some communication elements of campaigns, translations, imagine sourcing
• Source redemption partners / merchants / products / experiences for inclusion in the programme
• Provide market insights and provide some admin / logistical support for client with meetings etc Initial role is to support client in a hybrid account management / partner management capacity, responsibilities for other
