We are having an urgent requirement of Zonal Head- Operation & Maintainence for a leading passive telecom infrastructure organisation for Bangalore & Surat location
Reporting to- Operation & Maintainence Head Profile- Managing the running of Sites through the Cluster Managers
Interface with the Supervisor of the Operations & Maintenance Experts (OME)/ Subject Matter Experts (SME) vendors
Reduce network outages due to infra failure.
Escalate all critical/Major outages, faults or site owner issues to the Head/ management for early resolution.
Provide feedback / guidance to field team to take preventive measures so that failures are avoided.
Ensuring resource availability and management to technicians & Supervisors
Keeping track of outages trends for his zone for Equipment/Sites/Vendor wise and sharing with O&M Head
Analysis of the KPIs and SLAs of the Infrastructure.
Track all Preventive maintenance scheduling of network Infra and undertake implementation with coordination of operations team.
Ensure timely servicing & maintenance by vendors of infra under AMC.
Track the services carried out by vendors & prepare MIS for the same.
Analyse scope of AMCs & tasks to be performed under AMC schedule.
Prepare monthly reports of services & maintenance carried / deviations if any/ support required etc under AMC and update in the MIS.
Check & verify all bills of vendors related with infra & utilities maintenance.
Liaison with owners / neighbours to sort out issues/ problems created by owners / neighbours / thefts or any other contractual, legal issues faced by owners escalated by OME Vendors
Control theft cases in consultation with security agency employed for the site as well as take police support in case matter is not resolved
Analyse high power & diesel consumption sites
Take remedial measures to control high consumption of diesel & power
Ensure site running expenses are controlled (part of Operating Expenses) and remain within budget for assigned circle.
Daily monitoring of various expenses through structured reports, analysis of reports is done and then the action plan is prepared to reduce expenses.
Ensuring No disconnection of EB because of the non payment of bills.
Check & verify bills of diesel fillers as per standards of diesel consumption & process for timely payments.
Regularly interact with vendors, their supervisors and field teams to ensure all quality and regulatory guidelines are followed by them
Weekly / Monthly reviews & meetings with vendors to resolve different operational issue Ex-Service Men/ Women with 15+ Yrs of experience
Army/Navy/Air Force
Preferably Corps of Signals, Infantry, Battalion, Logistics, etc
