.Monitor the performance of Installers & After Sales Technicians so as to ensure that Desired level of Installation & After Sales Services are provided to selective end users 2. To provide training to Dealer Technicians on regular basis. 3.To provide Pre Sales & Post Sales support to direct customers at state level. 4.To maintain documentation related to installation,after sales service -Service Coupons,installation audit at state level. 5.To monitor and resolve complaints related to installation and system performance at state level.
