Job Description
Corporate: • Responsible for providing manpower depending upon requirements. • Responsible for the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, pre – screening, coordinating personal interviews, checking references, joining formalities. • Issuing offer letters & appointment letters • Updating personal files and data base for employees located all over India with providing help for solving their grievances. • Updating Training database of employees. • Responsible for conducting Hospital Training/Induction Program. • Adhering to the Training Calendar. • Sending applicant’s rejection letters, if candidate is rejected. • Exit process coordination. • Responsible for all development activities for employees. Franchisees: • To ensure that the franchisee receive the annual training calendar and are guided to ensure uniformity in HR practices. • Ensure smooth implementation of H.R. policies, procedures and guidelines across all franchisees.
