This is an Operations role, with P&L responsibilities. Once you have proven yourself, this role will lead you to head the pan-India Entertainment & Hospitality business of the Group. The KRAs -- • Overall responsibility for the successful operations of the venue (Control of budgets and P&L). • Provide operational, financial and organizational direction. • Prepare business plans, reviewing analysis reports • Act as professional liaison with the foreign bands & performers visiting the Club... ensuring their comfortable stay in India, and handling their contracts, payments etc. • Monitor monthly sales and marketing campaigns in line with the GM - operations • Monitor existing and new regulations to ensure that all departments are in compliance or properly prepared to comply with regulations (licensing, Human Resources, Health and Safety and hygiene, Maintenance etc ) • Supervise the measurement of compliance with corporate quality standards. • Ensure adherence to quality checks. • Coordinate with the Department Heads for exchange of information and consistent service delivery. • Closely monitor all activities related to collection, credit, fraud. • Closely monitor purchase, vendor dealings and contracts. • Closely monitor marketing, PR activities and promoting sales to increase market share. • Maintain healthy relations with Guests/patrons and resolve the grievances smoothly. • Recruitment planning and responsible for all hire and fire activities, and performance appraisals. • Lead, train and motivate teams ensuring their career development and positive contribution to the company Our client will meet your Salary expectations.
