The Recruitment Manager independently handles the entire gamut of recruitment and serves as a main point of contact for hiring managers within a given business vertical. He/she offers advice and counsel on all aspects of the interview, offer and on-boarding processes for the candidates as well as compensation and benefits. The role includes monitoring hiring reports and error reconciliation, verification of employment documents and maintenance of data integrity, process design and documentation. RESPONSIBILTIES - PRIMARY.
Keep up to date with current recruitment trends and competitive job market information and ensure that the company’s recruitment process is benchmarked with them. Develop, recommend and implement recruitment policies and procedures that in line with the best practices. Work on creative/unconventional solutions to recruitment, especially for niche positions. Work as HR business partner with function heads to assess recruiting needs and develop recruitment strategies for the positions. Lead recruitment efforts through consultants, job portal, social networking sites, internal referrals, campuses. Study, devise and implement effective selection processes. Fulfillment of critical requirements, head-hunting the candidate. Advise line managers on preparation and modifications of job descriptions and specification to deploy right talent from both internal and external sources. Conducting HR interview, finding out the right match as per the organizational needs, final offer and salary negotiation. Reference checking, issuing the appointment letter, making sure candidate joins & recruitment MIS report. Build and manage relationships with all recruitment agencies including the negotiation of contract terms, regular communication regarding hiring priorities and the gathering of competitive industry information. Create continuous awareness about the employer brand to attract talent from the market and from campuses. Provide professional support and advice on recruitment to function heads and line managers. T rain line managers in interviewing techniques. Lead the recruitment team to carry out all recruitment operations and activities such maintenance of recruitment statistics. Maintaining Skill Matrix of the companies according to the companies Core Skills, Domains. Oversee the Career Section of website. Manage campus recruitment program and campus branding strategy. Planning & Preparing Business Plans for every Quarters.
