Manager Marketing Grain Harvesting Experience: 5-8 Years
Location : Pune
Position : Manager
Description
* Conducting the Customer Acquisition Process (CAP) activities for Grain Harvesters for India and then provides inputs to Engineering for development of suitable product and features.
* Conduct Customer Focus Group discussions and understand customer needs.
Convert these into machine specifications together with engineering.
* Work closely with Tactical Marketing team to work on go-to-market plan for Grain Harvesters.
This would include channel strategy, launch plan, retail finance strategy etc.
* Co-ordinate with Customer Support team on areas of overlap between CAP and CSP.
Qualifications * Skills in arrangement of field level programs
* Better Communication in various language (Hindi, English minimum, knowledge in Punjabi/ Telegu/ Tamil would be useful)
Crops and Agricultural equipment Knowledge
* 1 to 2 yrs work experience in agricultural equipment/implement from degree
* Skills in preparing questionnaires and conducting customer research program
* Better Communication in various language (south Indian language, Hindi, Punjabi, English)
* Understanding Crops and Agricultural equipment thoroughly
* More than 2 yrs work experiences in agricultural equipment/implement sales, design and testing.
* B.E and B.Tech (Agricultural/ Mechanical Engineering) + 1 to 2 yr experince
