Supply chain and Logistics - Logistics comprises of packaging and delivery - Monitoring and handling the whole packaging and delivery process - Planning the dispatch procedure to different branches. Inventory Management - Monitoring and keeping a record of the stock of merchandise/goods - Dispatching the consignments to the clients on time - Coordinating with the courier companies - Handling cases of returns/ refunds etc - Keeping a record of the refunded consignments and making arrangements for re-dispatching them etc - Coordinating with the other departments internally as well
Warehouse Management - Developing warehouse infrastructure & distribution network based on volumes - Providing visibility into the operations for senior management through MIS reporting & communications - Administering logistics arrangements after order placements for consignments imported in country. Warehouse operations -Responsible for all Warehouse operations like inbound and outbound warehouse process,storage, dispatches delivery and inventory control management etc. Distribution-Plan , Coordinate and organize distribution and storage of goods. Delivery Documents process- Sales Order processing and invoicing as per Indents/Allocations to complete the paper work for delivery and follow-up with the transporter to arrangement and check Road Permits for smooth stock movement to the clients. Responsible for answering their queries and solving problems. Outsourcing -Co-ordination with outsourcing department for timely delivery of stock at Warehouse and brief them of the stock status on daily basis. To check and monitor stocks regularly and for shortage of any product, report to outsourcing department for timely arrangement of stock for delivery. Conducting daily physical count of inventory item on perpetual basis and maintaining the store register and other store records Inventory management -Maintaining and participating in defining inventory norms like minimum - maximum and re-order levels. as well as coordinating with company auditors at the quarterly and year end inventory process.

Vendor inventory and discrepancy- Prepare action plan in case of any vendor grn discrepancy/shortage/breakage for each consignment and follow up for actions. control on grn stock against handling vendor inventory and issue discrepancy note to vendor at the time of grn short received stock. Stock monitor-To physical verify stocks on monthly basis and to check & monitor near expiry/breakage stocks at Warehouse level. Responsible for safe packing and dispatch of unit wise samples and promotional materials. Vehicle arrangement-Liaisoning with the transporters for on time availability of vehicles and Monitor transport and courier performance regularly and give them feedback to ensure consistency in service levels. MIS Reports- Responsible for preparation of supplychain ,warehouse and logistics related MIS reports, as required by the Company. Audit control-inward/outward stock register,vendor and dc discrepancy note,pod,damage stock list etc this document record maintained and provide to audit check quarterly as per audit norms.
