|
Nature of Subordinate Activities Prepare daily security report on the bases of log book
Record daily deviations found in security guide lines
Handle and control Men, material at gate for any deviation inform to manager security
Maintain and update daily registers kept at gate
Record and inform red book complain received at gate to manger security
Take physical rounds to all security posts daily
Impart safety training to casuals and security guards every month
To check all fire extinguishers and hydrants every month and keep record
Deploy all men power e.g Security guards , house boys, horticulture staff as per deployment schedule
Working Relationships Chief manger safety
For day to day working on safety to know the progress
Planning for Training on safety Monthly for awareness to employees
Discussing pending jobs Weekly to meet target
Discuss on task and theme of BSHE weekly
Discuss audit report observations points pending weekly
All Process leaders
To know the status of near miss / unsafe act found in their deptt weekly for improvement
To know the status of pending audit report points weekly for improvement
To know the status of their area safety committee meeting report mothly to meet target
To plan for safety training to be given on shop floor to employees weekly for awareness to handle emergency
Contractor ( security )
Deal with security contractor for appointment of new guards, to meet comp liens
To discuss indiscipline act done by guard for improvement
To discuss non compliances if observed during the month
To review security related observation monthly for improvement
Contractor ( housekeeping )
To discuss any undisciplined act done by casual
To discuss non compliances if observed during the month
To review casual related observation monthly for improvement
Venders
To supply new equipments related to safety as per our requirement
