MBA preferred but not required • Strong demonstrated experience transitioning large and complex projects is required • Understanding of project planning, transition, and execution methodologies and best practices is critical • Understanding of capacity planning and practical understanding of resourcing and capacity constraints and demonstration of using creative solutions to address constraints is required • Should be a go getter who can proactively and independently lead by influence and get critical projects started smoothly • Understanding operational excellence concepts such as six sigma, lean and kaizen is essential • Numbers and metrics driven analytical approach required with high level of comfort with excel and data analysis
