Over View of the position --
Having proficiency, in-depth knowledge & experience in key HR area like R2R (Recruitment to Retirement) policy/process formulation and implementation; PMS (Performance Management System, People Management, especially management of HR issues concerning technicians, fitters, helpers, contracted and causal manpower; Pay-roll Processing and TDS related issues ; HR related statutory laws/compliances; training and development of manpower. Shall head the HR function and be responsible for handling the entire gamut of HR
Job Desciption : Shall be responsible for formulation & implementation of R2R process and policies. Shall be responsible for managing end to end Performance Management System pertaining responsibilities like designing and ensuring finalization of KRAs and KPIs for each profile, Timely initiating & closing periodic appraisal process, collating ratings etc. Shall handle end to end Recruitment across all levels in company . Shall be responsible for devising and implementing Training & Development Programs. Shall address employees’ concerns/grievances, manage attrition through proactive retention measures & provide guidance to line managers in addressing issues. Shall handle payroll i.e, preparing monthly salary, crediting salary in their respective salary account, disbursing salary slip. Shall ensure adherence to Statutory Compliances: PF, ESI, LWF & TDS return.
