JOB PURPOSE
Contribute to the strategic and operational goals of the organization through a fully integrated and effective human resources service. WORK RELATIONS
Main interfaces- with whom do you have regular contact in carrying out your duties (whom do you report to/who do you functionally report to/whom do you have interface within and outside the organization?) Internal Interface – Consultants, Employees, all Doctors, support functions like finance, purchase, HR, administration etc, senior leadership, HODs , other SSU heads and Unit heads/ other team members from other Units etc.. External Interface –Prospective employees and Consultants, contacts from other Organizations and HR contract agencies and their staff, various government agencies etc. Reporting – Administratively to President Operations & Functionally to Head - HR CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled. Developing, recommending and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of Business Objectives
Partnership on a wide variety of human resource issues, as well as hands-on management of the function
Contributing to the management of change and the provision of business focus solutions in a fast moving environment
Leading, directing, motivating and developing the Human Resources Team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the Business
Budgets relating to the Human Resource function- Preparation, monitoring & control
Identifying and implementing various HR initiatives for improving efficiency and achieving organizational and HR Objectives
Building a performance culture that confirms to the organizational values
Dimensions – Managing all employee related issues from Manpower planning, life cycle processes and exit for a manpower Strength about 3500 employees including contract staff

Manpower Rationalization – Ensuring the right number of employees with the right skills is provided to meet the organizational requirement
Ensure an environment and culture of continuous improvement in line with organizational values
Responsible for all HR related documentation and administrative processes including statutory compliance
Interact with employees, Consultants and Management to obtain feedback & suggestions to provide a healthy work environment.
