 Job Description
• Responsible for activities of Human Resources function and to assist HR Manager on various HR initiatives, as per company and business requirements. Responsible for: • Supporting the process of recruitment and selection in order to meet Manpower Budget. • Ensuring timely on-boarding activities of new employees. • Payroll Processing • Payment of Statutory Dues before the due date & Filing of statutory returns / records on PF, Gratuity, Superannuation & Mediclaim. • Maintaining and updating Personal Files for all employees • Maintaining leave records for each employee. • Record keeping and renewal of Group Insurance / Management Policies before due dates. • Providing Support on Training & Induction including Training & Development Centre. • Maintenance of up to date employee information on HRIS. • Maintain Records and registers as per Statutory Law Requirements. • Releasing of Company’s India’s Quarterly Newsletter, ‘Insight’. • HR Reporting. • Co-ordinate and support the annual Performance Appraisal process. • Processing of Full & Final Settlements for employees as well as employees PF withdrawal Claims, Gratuity Claims, Superannuation claims. • Ensuring employee benefits as per company policy. Key data/measures for area of responsibility: • Maintain and File all Statutory Dues before the due date. • Keeping up to date leave records of employees • HR Scorecard & Reporting • Up Keep of statutory records on PF, Gratuity, Superannuation & Mediclaim • Support on Hiring, Training, Performance Appraisal, HRIS. • Support on Induction of new employees • Timely and error free roll out of monthly salary process. • Maintenance of updated Employee Data Principal Activities: • Renewing the policies of mediclaim & personal accident & life cover well in time & updating the authorities about the ins & outs of the staff. • Maintaining leave records for all locations. • Maintaining Personal records in the employee personal file. • Process payments for Consultants, Training Institutes and Hotel Bookings with regard to Training. • Process conveyance claim for candidates who are called for interview. • Prepare logistics (Travel, Hotel Accommodation) for training • Scheduling of Interviews across locations. • Preparation of Salary offers, Appointment Letters and other employee communications. • Completing Joining formalities for all new employees • Help New entrants on setting up Orientation schedule • Maintain Track on Head count numbers. • Prepare monthly HR Reports and Score card • Keep Track on Turnover with supporting data • Assist in conducting Training Program • Keep records on target participants for specific programs • Assist HRM in Exit Interviews and maintain and track reasons on Exit. • Processing of monthly salary and payment of Statutory dues.
