There is very good opportunity for the position of Human resource.Candidates having good qualification for the same feild.Candidates will be prefered from Nagpur Location or around of that.Candidates having 25 to 30 years experience for the same feild.Salary-OpenProfile for HR Person Required-Objective:-The person should have the best capacity to grow and synchronize with organizational objectives should entail building & developing a workforce to enable a company develops capabilities to complete in today’s environment.
Also should have Knowledge of Manpower Planning, recruitment and Selection, Compensation and benefit, Performance Management System Training and development, competency mapping, career/suggestion planning, employee engagement activities, OD and OD intervention, Employee and Industrial Relations, government liaisoning and other HR related work.
Should be capable enough to handle responsibilities like-
a) Preparing and implementing HR policies across organization.
b) Responsible for all IR Activities across the unit.
c) Responsible for all learning $ Developing activities – TNI. Conducting programs, Training evaluations.
d) Manpower - Planning, recruitment & selection.
e) Induction program – New Employees assimilation program.
f) Design & implementing performance management system including balance score card.
g) Competency mapping exercise effectively carried out across organization.
h) Formulating career planning/succession planning process across the organization.
i) Designing Compensation and benefit based on the business and benchmarking.
j) To carry out OD and OD intervention activities throughout the organization.
k) Designing and implementing culture change initiatives.
l) Building corporate image of the company.
m) Successfully completed eight union agreements /wage settlements.
n) HRIS-SAP.
Also should have the achievement of improving Quality Index, reduction in factory overhead, separation of road warriors, Implementation of performance Index scheme, Improvement in delivery performance, Implementation of skill matrix career and succession planning, Implementation of 5S and QC.
