Job Description |
|
KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB - To Monitor and control the overall activities of finance and accounting for the company with a major focus on finalization of accounts, budgeting and cost controls. MAJOR DELIVERABLES: Next 12 Months • To Oversee accounting activities at Regional level by supervising day to day accounts activities;
• Maintain, reconcile and analyze debtors and creditors accounts
• To ascertain compliance with all statutory norms.
• Consolidate, analyze and verify the accounting reports of financial statements vis a vis budget and latest forecasts and all the circle budgets..
• Monitor debtors reconciliation for realistic forecast of case flow.
• To carry out finalization of accounts and liaise with auditors.
• To prepare annual budget.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the Region on a monthly basis and annual operating plan of the Region.
• Provide support to SCM teams of Region.
• Indicate LOB / region-wise contribution and profitability analysis and variance analysis.
• Consolidation of reports for the senior management containing details of warehouses, circles, segments, products.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports including profit and loss account, balance sheet and supporting schedules relating to finance, sales, operations etc.
• To prepare quarterly results for the region. RIGHT PERSON : Essential Attributes:
