The person would be responsible for the following: Analysis of an organization’s Network risks and requirements, rating the importance of a company’s products and services, and the related design, implementation and maintenance of the security infrastructure to protect the business from security breaches. Responsible all asset/vendor tracking and ISP upkeep. Planning and designing Enterprise level network with advanced troubleshooting skills. Manages team of network administrators and supervises all operational activities. Roll back activities and immediate SPOC in case of crisis situation. Helps and assists business process in understanding Network architecture and formulation of all Network related controls as per business requirements. Approver/decision making for Network related request whenever required in absence of Head-IT/CIO. Responsible for timely review with Network and Sr. Network administrators to check health of Network infrastructure and come up with action plans to improve overall services. Ensures all day to day operational tasks are closed as well all processes are controlled and rationalized( Capacity Management/ Internal IT processes) Participate actively in HR activities including hiring, training and performance management Support Head IT/CIO in developing and implementing IT strategy for the organization Skill Set Required Excellent communication and Analytical Skills Hands on experience on Cisco based network Education and experience B.E/B.Tech/MCA with any specialization Certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, CCIE 8-12 years of IT experience preferably in an IT/ITES industry
