Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for effective, cost-effective & timely delivery of merchandise & other material Ensure timely processing and shipment of the B2B orders Follow the stock replenishment cycle for each outlet based on the replenishment planning Quality Control for the inward and outward stocks Assigning SKU numbers and managing bar-coding for retail products Manage the central warehouse Responsible for all the stock movement – inwards & outwards Co-coordinating, Communicating with the B&M team the stock levels and requirements Communicate with the manufacturing vendors regarding the dispatch and delivery of material Maintain relationship with vendors of different supplies and services like courier, packaging, promotional material Ensure up-to date entry of each SKU in the ERP system Ensure entry of each transaction from the warehouse into the IT system Continuously trying to improve all the processes of supply chain management Documentation and Maintaining all the sales and purchase documents. Managing all import-export documentation. Plan and execute the flow of material to each retail outlet and distribution centre, in a timely and cost effective manner. Also look into the order processing and logistics for B2B client fulfillment Logistics
