As the HR Manager, the successful candidate for this position will provide a broad range of human resources services in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives for some of the **** LOB. He will be taking taking care of the Entire HR Initiatives of a SBU
The candidate should posses:
Develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business STRAP and AOP objectives in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation and organizational development.
• Oversee the effective goal setting and deployment process in the business, linked to completion of **** Performance Development (HPD) to ensure the business goals are aligned and cascaded through the organization
• Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business while ensuring a diverse and globally oriented workforce
• Develop strategies and actions to increase employee engagement and commitment
• Conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development and mobilization, ensure a robust MRR and development planning process across SBU
• Drive a culture of growth, meeting commitments, and positive employee relations
• Ensure a systemic and integrated approach to Human Resource solutions working closely with the CoE and country HR team.
• Coach, develop, and support and leadership team and managers in XXX in managing employees. Provide sound advice and counsel to the leadership team in key organization, HR and employee relations matters
• Ensure the development of local level communications strategies and plans
• Provide assistance to management on the planning and delivery of compensation.
• Facilitate the planning and deployment of specific business/ sales transformation programs and activities in Asia Pacific
• Consult on organization structure and roles, and develop competencies and Pole CoE structure supporting the new business/ organization requirements
• Work with regional/ country *** to align organization structure, roles and responsibilities, competencies assessment, metrics and rewards
• Orchestrate organization/workforce transition to enable business transformation changes in Asia Pacific
• Ensure organization design and role changes aligned with HR policies, SOPs and requirements
• Execute change management and communication plans in connection with the business transformation program
• Coordinate the design of required reward system including SIP program with global and AP C&B (link with G&O/ metrics) to drive global alignment and changes, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the reward programs.
