 Job Description
 After Sales of Heavy commercial Vehicles, handling direct customer, Business Planning, Customer satisfactions, Key Accounts Management, People Managementto 14 years experience   Annual Business Planning and Review Analyze past performance and potential, draft targets for parts and service location wise with Regional Finance Controller, finalize in consultation with Head After Market, monitor weekly and monthly parts consumption, report at regional board meeting and plan corrective action IN ORDER TO ensure achievement of targets and control variance. Accounts Receivable Monitor status of accounts receivable with Regional Finance Controller, recommend deviation from credit policy in identified cases to Head After Market / Finance Controller / Business Head IN ORDER TO ensure 100% collection of receivables as per policy. Customer Satisfaction Monitor response and resolution time with respect to customer service issues, coordinate with concerned BU / BA for effective closure, coordinate between customer project base and other regional offices for resolution of commercial issues in case of non home base customers IN ORDER TO ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Account Management Manage identified key accounts with respect to sales and after market (parts & service) and finance issues, liaison between concerned positions internally and the customer IN ORDER TO present a one point contact for identified accounts. Dealer Development / Expansion of Service Infrastructure Identify opportunities for expansion of service infrastructure based on customer presence and potential, conduct feasibility study and create an investment plan, present business case to Head After Market and regional board for approval IN ORDER TO create service infrastructure to meet market requirements. Part Inventory and Availability Monitor stock turn for parts for company owned dealers; suggest corrective actions to regional parts organisation IN ORDER TO ensure availability of parts. Parts Sales and marketing Seek market feedback, review parts sales performance report, understand parts localization requirements; develop & implement parts marketing campaigns; provide inputs on parts pricing periodically to central function & feedback on local alternatives available in the market; suggest and implement counter action; provide discounts on bulk purchases to move slow moving parts IN ORDER TO increase parts sales. Site Management Plan site support for new sites; review site support activities; IN ORDER TO ensure vehicle uptime and parts availability. Workshop Management Monitor workshop productivity and man-hour utilization, review placement of site technicians and position people on rotation basis IN ORDER TO ensure achievement of service targets as per plan. People Management Identify manpower requirements, seek approval, coordinate with HR for recruitment and selection, create training and development plan for team and develop team competencies, prepare and review personal business plan for team members IN ORDER TO develop a capable and motivated team of professionals.
