Position for: Leader in Debt Buying and recovery
Looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Call Center Technology (CCT) team. The successful candidate will take on the leadership of the existing team of ten members and focus on deploying the newly acquired Noble dialer for optimal use of business. CCT leader will also help shaping up the long term technology strategy for the call center. Required skills, education, and experience:• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of six years experience in managing call center technology functions. Specific work experience with managing Noble dialing platform.
• Experience with working with analytics teams to understand key drivers of call center operations
• Team management experience with dialer strategy and execution teams
• Strong communication skills for interactions across senior, peer and junior levels in the organization. Note: Candidates having experience on Dialer administration/deployment should only apply
