Job Description
Are you keen on Performance Management, and can you further develop, facilitate, drive and visualize the performance measurements for Maersk Tankers Technical Operations (MTTO)? You will drive performance in MTTO, by managing, maintaining and further develop KPIs & Balanced Scorecards for a fleet of approx. 120 technically managed vessels and a shore organization of 200 employees.
The job scope will be broadened to develop the same for vessels in Maersk Tankers Pools and vessels on Time Charter. You will work closely with MTTO management and are expected to be able to provide and advise on with decision base material, presentations, benchmarks and analyses, often on ad-hoc basis. You will also be responsible for communicating monthly performance updates on Maersk Tankers Sustainability Action plan as well as monthly performance reports. This position gives you a unique opportunity to get full insight and in-depth knowledge of Tanker operations, since you will interact with stakeholders in all aspects of the business, both onshore and onboard Maersk Tankers vessels. You will become a key player in delivering/communicating results that is used by Maersk Tankers management when they are displaying the performance of the fleet. You will also learn about the various data-systems used within Maersk Tankers, since you should be able to pull specific data from various sources and will often be the focal point for statistics in various forms.
