• Full Payroll function, which includes salary payments, deductions, reconciliations, payment of taxes and reporting to the government department.
• HR and IR functions includes employment contracts in line with country legislation, employment policies, handling of all recruitment, interviewing candidates with the Programming Manager, handling the entire induction process with new employees, handling of any grievances, disciplinary or poor performance matters in accordance with foreign country labour laws, employee satisfaction initiatives, manage health and safety matters, create, manage and monitor our internship program, leave procedures and applications as well as any other tasks which is supportive to harmonious working relationships in the office.
• Main contact person with regard to all local third parties such as suppliers, accountants, lawyers or any other local entity who requires contact with our company. Negotiation of third party service level agreements and deliverables.
• Monitor and ensure compliance of our organisation with regard to general SOP’s and foreign country legislative matters such as Black Economic Empowerment, Employment Equity, Skills Development, Tax Liabilities, Unemployment Insurance, Medical and Retirement Benefits and any other matters which may affect our organisation.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks includes facility management, arrange staff events and competitions, oversee services rendered to our organisation, handle external calls, maintain stock levels with regard to stationary, groceries and cleaning products.

Job Description |

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & QUALIFICATIONS • Minimally qualified to degree level. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE • 5 Years’ relevant experience of which at least 2 years in a similar position;
• Sound knowledge and relevant experience of HR and Labour Laws;
• Sound knowledge and relevant experience of general Accounting practices;
• Sound knowledge and relevant experience of VISA and Immigration Law;
• Sound knowledge and relevant experience of Business Law.
PERSONAL SKILLS • Good understanding of spoken and written English;
• Well organised and efficient;
• Must be able to deal with complex tasks;
