Govt. policy & subsidy mechanism plays an in important role in cost effectiveness & profitability of the unit. Continuous monitoring of changes/modifications in govt. fertilizer policy & its interpretation is a must to avail the maximum benefit under the subsidy schemes to attain the targeted profitability. • Effective working capital management in order to ensure least costs & maximum income by optimum deployment of funds. • Ensuring all statutory compliance including compliance of new accounting standards, direct and indirect taxes in the financial statements. • Position poses a challenge of understanding and absorbing changing regulatory framework and response with equal speed. • To fulfill Accounting, Finance & Direct and Indirect Taxes needs of Company, so that timely information is available to all stake holders (Internal & External), including Government authorities. • To administer Accounting, Audit, Statutory compliance, Budgetary Control, MIS Reports, FICC/RPS, insurance, PF & Jan Sewa Trust and society related work. • To ensure that company’s interests are protected both financially and technically in compliance of all commercial and taxation laws disclosure requirements. • To attain optimum utilization of financial resources leading to maximization of shareholders’ worth.
