Assistant Manager - Accounts Description: Main Purpose:
To act as a support to the SAM/UFM in all key initiatives & function deliverables
To coordinate all the Unit accounts related responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Checking of distributor claims through the Cl Processing cell
Tracking of Discount Provisions Vs Actuals
D&A Analaysis Reports
Transit Damages Tracking
Card Master Updation
Unit Glass Reconciliation
Distributor VAT claims Tracking & Processing
Distributor Code Creation in SAP and DB Agreement Tracks
AR LCR Statement issue and followup
AR LCR Issue Resolution
Invoice Discount Tracking & Upload
Distributor FFS
Distributor Reconciliation for all distributor twice a year with DB sign off
Bank Guarantee Tracking online and Sap updation
DB Blank cheque tracking file updation
Distributor ROI Once a Year
Breakage Bottle Uploads
Coordination of Discount audit
Pending Claims tracking Accountabilities: Distributor claim
Audits – Group Audit Tax Audit
Statutory Compliance – Excise / Sales Tax / Service Tax / FBT / TDS etc
Capitalization of Assets / Accuracy of SAP data entered
Maintain of checks and Controls – No surprises
