Job Description
Periodically (Quarterly) organize Field Force Review Workshop in order to inform field force of the required activities and applicable KPIs in the future by deciding timelines, dates, travels plan etc. as a variable of product, frequency and quality in order to support effective field force operations. ??Structure territorial budgets, incentive schemes and monthly payouts while maintaining incentives within the total budget in order to guide and facilitate incentive calculations. Plan, budget for and utilize operational expenditure budget. Implement targeting/ segmentation process in order to obtain requisite sales or market share on execution of sales and enhanced sales force effectiveness. ??Provide inputs for and implement KPIs for sales force while taking into consideration various heads (product wise inputs and flexibilities as provided by Marketing, Sales and Finance). Provide inputs for and implement appropriate sales force deployment by taking into consideration parameters and weightages and validating with Sales Directors in order to maintain appropriateness of the sales processes and enhance sales force effectiveness. Plan and organize for reward schemes and awards for the field force in collaboration with the sales teams.
