Company has its Registered Office at New Delhi and Various Branch offices located at Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad. These centers are well equipped with modern jigs and tools and measuring equipment. Designation : Regional Manager - Sales Years of Experience : 7-8 Years Work Location : New Delhi
The Regional Manager is expected to assist the working of Senior VP and to looks after as a responsible person of the respective region business.
His activities should pertain to monitoring the business of all segments and product range assigned to him.
Expectation from desired candidate:
Profile Description: (Direct sales/cooperate sales/educational sales/Enterprise business ) through a team of 5 people .
• Candidate must be highly disciplined with self-motivated positive energy and should take care of company regional business to the expected level.
• Should be exposed to superior IT sales and management skills with accomplishments.
• Demonstrate competence in handling team building activities and motivating the teams to give quality performance.
• Leading the provincial or district sales manager and develop sales operation plans with the approval of the national and global sales managers.
• Should be capable of managing the region assigned to them to ensure proper sales.
• Responsible for achieving the client or activation targets of their specified region.
• Create awareness of products, conduct training and seminars for clients and sales team.
• Excellent presentation skills and intimate contacts with local business associations.
• Should have good networking capabilities and be willing to travel throughout their specified region, when required.
Responsibilities:
• Focus on run rate business, candidate should be a sales professional who specializes in all segment and will be responsible for Delhi regional product division business with a team of 4-5 members.
• Providing high profitability margins by utilizing available resources at each centre - Optimizing Costs of continuing operations
• Manage a team of Asst. Managers, Key account Managers, Sr Executives overlooking a cluster of region.
• To accomplish market dominance from present market leadership in the respective region.
• Creates creative and innovative marketing plans and strategies for their assigned industry/segment.
• To Monitor primary sales and secondary sales of the region.
