Responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating & directing all HR related activities. Responsible for senior level decision making and both day to day management and strategic direction of the organization. Develop and execute HR strategies in support of the business in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation and organizational development. Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business. Develop strategies and actions to increase employee engagement and commitment. Conduct organization assessments and upgrade talent through strategic staffing and talent pipeline development. Drive a culture of growth, meeting commitments, and positive employee relations. Provide sound advice and counsel to the leadership team in key organization, HR and employee relations matters Provide assistance to management on the planning and delivery of compensation. Ensure organization design and role changes aligned with HR policies, SOPs and requirements. Experience of handling Organizational Development (OD) Initiatives. Experience of handling training programs / work shops. Experience in HR processes like Competency Maping, PMS. Excellent team handling and team leading ability. Should have good understanding of recruitment & staffing functions.
