ACQUIRING CLIENTS 1. Effectively Project your company for the existing clients or the new (to be acquired) 2. Effective & professional marketing Research Understanding 3. Ability to make Attractive Mailers/ Business Communication & Power Point Presentations (Face to Face meet). 4. Ability Advertise your services on online media to ensure maximum visibility & brand recall for your company.
5. Ability to Effectively Project your Company Profile 6. Can do Mailers & presentation –specific value adds & service levels provide to your client may include- 7. Also have Strong Knowledge of Industry & Strict Adherence to deadlines 8. Ability to track all events, seminars, conference in which HR professional participate& Mining your Existing Clients. 9. Proactively try to get leads to other company in same segment from your existing client or even in other department of same company 10. Regular interaction with Hiring Managers – Give you prior knowledge of future plans of company & prepare yourself to meet its needs.
Job Description
1. Develop and manage marketing programs targeting prospective clients including events, public relations and direct marketing
2. Identifying the gap between current business situation / current manpower and future business situation / manpower needs
3. Periodically meeting the clients to understand their issues of concerns and to resolve them
4. Exploring and developing new business opportunities in the market. Client Development and acquiring new business by different means of communication
5. Search & filtration of prospective clients, presentation & discussion of proposal, negotiation & closure of deals
6. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by closely interacting with potential clients & understand their requirements and customizing the product and services accordingly
7. Understand the client requirements and work closely with delivery team and assuring that delivery happens in right manner.
8. Understanding of Social Media Networking options.
9. Able to project the organization in chapter or platforms like NHRD, ERA, Forms
