Required Qualifications· BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field required.· Minimum of 7 years deep experience with digital distribution and digital media processes, including, but not limited to, metadata distribution, digital video production and delivery methods.· Minimum 3 years experience in managing mid to large size teams in the media production space· Must have experience working with systems that support a digital supply chain and studio workflows.· Must have a good understanding of digital content / media production and various delivery methods.· Must have an understanding of metadata, XML and data feeds.· Strong project and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects.· Must have strong ability to use PC & related software, including Outlook, MS Excel, Word PowerPoint, Visio and Project.· Must have excellent presentation, communication, organization, negotiation skills.· Strong ability to thrive in a fast paced and pressure driven environment.· Strong critical thinking and analytical skill required including the ability to convey complex business concepts in a clear and concise manner.· Ability to provide guidance, aid in career development of staff, and maintain confidentiality.· Excellent attention to detail, desire to learn and master new methodologies and systems.· Must be a self starter as well as able to work in a team environment.· Excellent problem solving skills.

Job Description |

The Primary function of this role is the management of the day-to-day operations of the Digital Media department of the Technicolor Digital Deliver groups Media Services Division in Bangalore, India. He/she is instrumental in the daily operations of a Digital Media team of about 50 people. The role requires working with the other global Technicolor offices to forecast, schedule, plan and execute a high volume of projects. Primary responsibilities · Oversee the day to day responsibilities of the Digital Media team, including metadata, quality control, encoding and packaging operations. · Facilitate hiring, training and management of the team · Establish quality assurance measures to meet Technicolor delivery standards both from an internal and customer facing perspective · Participate and play advisory role in the early stages of implementing new Digital workflows for global multi-site 24 hour operations · Report daily performance metrics to senior management and show continuous improvement in Key Performance Indicators
