The Manager - HR would be responsible for the following: 1. Resource Analysis and Planning a. Analyse the resource requirement by speaking to the respective Area Managers and looking at the surplus and deficits b. Plan the resource allocation and increasing the resources as per the current and future requirements 2. Identifying Sources for Recruitment a. Identify new sources for recruitment for Therapists i. Work with NGOs to provide employment to their people (Therapists) ii. Work with Nehru Yuva Kendras iii. Travel to rural areas to tie-up recruitments iv. Travel to north-east to tie-up constant source of therapists v. Work with employment exchanges vi. Co-ordinate with Ayurveda and Naturopathy training centers for campus placements vii. Any other sources of recruitments b. Identify new sources of recruitment for GREs i. Work with air-hostess academies ii. Co-ordinate with major graduate colleges for campus placements iii. Work with employment exchanges iv. Any other sources of recruitments c. Identify new source of recruitment for Managers i. Co-ordinate with major graduate colleges for campus placements ii. Co-ordinate with Tier 2 MBA colleges for campus placements iii. Any other source of recruitments d. Organise and co-ordinate resumes and enquiries received at the spas i. Collect all resumes and enquiries received at the spas ii. File them for future reference 3. Recruitment a. Develop skills and competencies for each level after discussion with corresponding HODs b. Develop recruitment processes to check the skills and competency levels c. Plan recruitments as per the resource analysis d. Co-ordinate recruitment process by working with the recruitment source and getting the company employees to go and conduct the process e. Display results and complete formalities at the recruitment sources f. Issue appointment letters to the selected candidates
