Position: Marketing Manager
1. Primary Responsibilities:
• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities to advertise and promote sale of organization\'s services.
2. General Responsibilities:
• Responsible for formulating the brand’s long-term strategy and developing and executing marketing plans.
• Define the advertising and promotion strategies to execute the plans.
• Works with advertising agencies when required to create a variety of publicity methods and develop the advertisement/ editorial content.
• Analyze the past data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs.
• Maintain brand integrity across the market.
• Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary.
• Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.
• Manage the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
• Management of third party agencies.
3. Knowledge
• Graduate with Master Degree in Business Management (Marketing Specialization).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Understanding of core aspects of Marketing: advertising, research, consumer behavior, and strategy
4. Experience
• 6-8 years’ experience in marketing, with at least 5 years’ experience in brand advertising and/or direct response marketing capacity.
• Proven experience in developing creative for advertising materials, direct mail, email and online advertising communications.
