Helping large public sector clients in defense organizations in customizing, integrating & implementing our state of the art project management software system.     The job will be supported by regular interactions and on-site meetings conducted by our senior managers.    The job will include:    A. Help the client's staff and officers in using the system by creating MS Project plans & analyzing them in advanced project planning software systems; training the users in regular updates of their tasks; and assisting the top management in reviewing and controlling the project using the system.   The candidate will be properly trained for this purpose and comprehensive procedures will be provided.     The job also requires regularly installing new versions, making minor changes and bug fixes on the spot and interface with our development team for major changes & integration with the core software.   The first assignment will be for one year in a public sector organization -  Additional assignments with the same client involving leading and guide a small team to integrate our state of the art project management system with the clients' legacy systems would also be provided to deserving candidates.   Experience in dealing with public sector will be a definite advantage. The position will develop into a account management role - for developing further business opportunities - some are already identified jointly with the client; many more are possible. This is a leadership position and would attract a reasonable revenue share.   Effective candidates can look forward to moving into the segment leadership role - their potential will be assessed and help will be provided - this is a managerial cadre role and will attract significant revenue share & bonuses.
