• Support the company’s global business, applying consistent processes, strategies and best practices across multiple regions despite local business differences
• Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units including Ad Operations, Creative Development, Publisher Support and Engineering. Ability to work with senior Sales Executive and Tribal Fusion clients globally.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Multilingual in Chinese, French, German or Spanish is desirable.
• Business and technical (Engineering or Computer Science) degrees from a top university
• 6+ years in the online advertising industry, with 4-5 years directly and successfully managing display campaigns for an ad network, major portal or top publisher. Three years managing teams of 20 or more.

Position Summary:

As the leading global technology-enabled media services company, we are adding the India Director of Account Management position to build and manage a centralized team of Account Managers to support our advertising campaigns and local Account Managers worldwide. It is a globally distributed company, with sales offices in 20 countries and major operational centers in India, the US and the UK.
The India Director of Account Management position provides an excellent opportunity to help build and manage a high-profile team of Account Managers in India that will support the comapny’s online advertising campaigns worldwide. The India Account Management Team is a key part of a company-wide initiative to make Delhi the center of our global operations and do as much as possible from India. The vision is to have local Account Managers in various markets who meet with existing clients, deepen client relationships, present competitive insights and ultimately grow revenue from large existing accounts. The local Account Managers will be supported by regionally aligned Account Managers in India who will handle campaign set up, delivery, analysis, optimization and reporting. The extent of India AM client communication will vary by market/region.
The ideal candidate will leverage their online advertising industry experience and business/management acumen to ensure the India Account Management Team is well trained, operates consistency across all markets they support, utilize a defined set of operational guidelines and best practices for campaign set up, delivery and optimization, and provide best-in-industry customer service to both internal and external clients. The India AM Director will report directly to company\'s Vice President, Account Management and Operations in their U.S. headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead an existing team of online advertising Account Managers and their respective team leads.
• Build teams of regionally-aligned Account Managers that support Tribal Fusion’s business 24/7 with superior campaign strategy and knowledge, consistent implementation (internally) and excellent customer service (externally).
• Provide senior level guidance regarding all aspects of campaign management, from tactical to strategic.
• Understand which advertiser accounts are most important to the organization and ensure they get appropriate attention and service.
• Put in place new business operational processes for hiring, training, best practice adoption/reinforcement and weekly meetings.
• Balance external pressures from clients and sales to do things quickly with the need for consistency, quality, proactivity.
• Be the “go-to” person for the VP, Account Management and Operations in the U.S. for all team-related issues.
