To gather personal, behavioural, medical and other relevant details of client (including food/drinking habits and dining preferences) prior to planning Beauty program. 2. To ensure client has understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of the program satisfactorily before initiating the program. 3. To plan counseling session in advance to educate client on appropriate diets, menu in order to enhance and maintain optimum health. 4. Plan combination of machine based sessions/ therapies to be administered to client during the course of program. 5. Monitor and review progress of client after each session and devise alternate plan in co-ordination with Branch Manager or HOD. 6. Use effective counseling techniques to guide client facing challenges suggest alternate course of progress after approval from Branch Manager or HOD. 7. Guide therapists and Masseurs to maintain machines on a day-to-day basis. 8. To actively participate in the events organised to promote. 9. To maintain liaison with practicing doctors in the area. 10. The in house doctors are expected not to take charge of the clients for their medical problem. It is expected that the clients are encouraged to consult their regular general physician/Consultant for their day to day medical problems. However, an emergency can be handled but the regular medical attendant is to be informed. 11. All cards must be signed duly after medical examination and follow up. it is mandatory.
