•At least 1-4 years experience working as a IT/Technical/Telecom Recruiter
•Responsible for full life cycle of IT/Telecom Recruitment process.
• Must have excellent communication (Written & oral), negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand the technical requirements and quickly present the profiles on time.
• Internal & External Searches, using Web Portals, Networking etc.
•Develop and maintain pipeline of qualified candidates.
•Efficiently handle multiple requirements and quickly present quality resumes to the client.
•Preparing the candidate on comm. skills, interview skills and general information about the client, so as to increase chances of conversion
•Good understanding of various software & technologies is desired
•If have experience in Contract Staffing is an advantage.
•Should have work experience in working with clients like Accenture Or Ericsson
•Should be process driven, able to generate various MIS Reports & maintain/build Resume Database
•A degree in Engineering and/or Management from a reputed University and/or Institution.
