Position: Team Leader
Location : Northern India ( Except Delhi) About the Company:
Co. Is International Chain Of Consumer Durables / FMCG. Have approx 58 stores across Northern Region.
Job Profile:
? Direct and manage work of associates by communicating work assignments regularly and monitoring performance
? Participate in development, success and recognition of associates
? Demonstrates dependability and reliability by being punctual working assigned shifts and completing responsibilities in a timely manner
? Interacts politely and effectively with associates while maintaining discipline in the section.
? Receives and gives directions and effectively works as part of a team
? Follow all people related processes as appropriate
? Follow all action plans for retention
? Responds appropriately to customer questions about section merchandise and provides requested assistance (e.g. verifying whether a product is in stock)
? Follows and delivers on all customer service processes / procedures
? Ensure in-stock and appropriate inventory levels by executing all merchandising programs and replenishment procedures
? Maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the section
