Mandatory –
Eligibility Criteria
1.1.1. Thorough Galileo Knowledge. Turbo Sabre knowledge Desirable.
1.1.2. Tenure must not be less than 18 months or completing the tenure during the course of application.
1.1.3. Last 6 monthly ratings must be ME and the average of Quality Scores
Should be 90 and above.
1.1.4. Candidate must not be issued Warning Letter or PIP in the last 6 months.
1.1.5. The selected candidate will be on probation for six months. The confirmation of this role will be subject to review of performance and business requirements at the end of 6 month.
1.1.6. Applicants willing to move to Gurgaon at a short notice
Responsibilities
• Perform regular audit & feedback in order to enhance Customer Experience
• Analyze the audit data & prepare action plans
• Provide coaching & feedback to enhance rep performance on Communication and business metrics
• Analyze the coaching / training needs of the reps & support them in delivery
• Conduct meetings with Operations Management to discuss customer service and quality results/processes
• Handling end user calls or emails
• Identify Focus group & enhance their performance
Work Experience: Previous work experience of 2 year preferred Knowledge/Qualifications: Quality Methodologies exposure preferred Capabilities: • Good understanding of the Business Metrics and its key drivers
• Business Skills i.e. budgeting, time management, negotiation, etc.
• Self development i.e. interpersonal skills, good listening skills, flexible, accepting the share of accountability, etc
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
• Energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude with a desire to progress.
• Self motivated, proactive and uses. initiative for process improvements.
• Possess sound judgment.
