Responsible for coordinating whole gamut of training events like Induction Programs to New Entrants Technical training Soft skills training Leadership trainings Cross functional trainings Process/product trainings • Preparation of Annual and quarterly Training plans. • Preparation and circulation of Monthly Training Calendar. • Responsible for identifying training needs through various methods and implementing the organization’s annual training and development plan. • Evaluating and Identifying vendors • Tracking and analyzing effectiveness of programs delivered and incorporating a mechanism that would measure performance on the job after training. • Maintaining centralized training records, training related MIS. • Quantitative analysis of training effectiveness to implement learning in operational environment and asses the ROI on training efforts. • Ability to manage all operational issues related to conducting training • Manage development of training material including printing, maintain records, material and templates for all programs conducted • Should run learning and development function as per ISO standards. • Should be able to perform well under minimum guidance.
